Melanie Ysasaga enjoys applying her Bachelor's degree in Public Relations to every Real Estate transaction, working to insure her clients' needs and satisfaction come before all else. Growing up in the Clear Lake area, she fell in love with Houston, so was thrilled when she and her husband had the opportunity to relocate to Katy. She understands first hand what moving is all about, aggressively negotiating on behalf of her clients while keeping a flow of communication. She has worked in the Real Estate and Mortgage industries for over 10 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge for buying, selling and financing Real Estate.
Melanie is dedicated to serving and improving our community as President of a local church youth group and a member of the Sam Houston Area Council Boy Scouts of America. Their oldest son is an Eagle Scout and their next son is one rank away. She and her husband are the proud parents of four fantastic children.
As a daughter of a French Pastry Chef, she loves spending time in the kitchen creating delicious delectables for her family. She puts great importance on family and her faith in God.
