We highly recommend Rachel Henderson if you are buying or selling in the Saint George area. She is trustworthy, knowledgeable, patient, responsive and as nice as can be! We enjoyed getting to know her as we searched for the perfect home for us. She quickly picked up on our likes and dislikes and showed us many homes that we could consider. At one point we were back in Oregon and had backed out of a home because of an inspection, and we were deciding whether to head back to Utah. I found a home online and Rachel said "let me go over and faceTime you". She walked through the whole house and showed us every inch and answered all our questions. She also let us know that an offer was coming in so we knew we had to jump quick if we wanted it. We bought our home without seeing it in person, that is how much we trusted Rachel's judgement. We love everything about it! We highly recommend Rachel and her team. If we ever move again, which we doubt, we will call Rachel first. Don't hesitate, call Rachel too...you won't be sorry!
