About Me:
I am the wife of a High School Special Education Teacher, who also coached basketball for 20 years. We have raised two beautiful daughters, our eldest was adopted from Russia in 2005 when she was 9 years old and our youngest daughter is now a young adult and has Angelman Syndrome. My husband and I became licensed foster parents in 2019 and officially adopted our grandson in 2020; we are now in the process of adopting our his brother this year. Besides loving my work and taking care of my children, I enjoy working out, dancing, swimming, traveling, hunting, camping, and spending time with close friends and extended family members. Having extended family in the area with many nieces and nephews to dote on and with my Church calling in the Primary, kids of all ages are naturally a large and enjoyable part of my life.

Deborah is amazing! Her patience, thoroughness, expertise, and clarity in moments of stress was invaluable during our buying experience. We had some VERY specific needs that made our process longer than most, add in a loan assumption and it was crazy town for a while, but we couldn't be more grateful for all she did to make the complicated process as smooth as could be.

We were moving from Utah to San Antonio, Texas towards the end of the COVID pandemic so we couldn't fly down to Texas to look for houses. Our son in Texas found Deborah and we started working with her through texts, emails, and Zoom visits. She understood completely when we gave her "ward boundaries" to look in. We needed a single story, handicapped accessible home in move-in condition on the far north central side, and those are rare. We finally found one that would be perfect, we did a Zoom tour with Deborah and our son, and we immediately put an offer on it. There were competing offers, but the seller accepted and signed our offer. Two days later, the seller's agent admitted that they had gotten a late, larger cash offer after signing our contract, and they did everything imaginable to make the sale miserable to try to make us back out. Deborah put up with so much harassment by the seller's agent, but Deborah hung in there and finally after a month, the nightmare was over and we closed. In a seller's market, you need someone to fight for you, and Deborah was certainly a fighter. We appreciated her advice and counsel, and we will forever be grateful for the enormous amount of work she put into our sale. She is highly recommended.
