I was raised by Fletcher Conn, owner of JBC, Inc. a Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Firm. My father taught the importance of putting family first, coaching youth athletics teams and having honest and clear communication within community.

My background includes working as a controller for Doug Bean & Associates, being part of the business valuation team at Perkins & Company, PC and a working in the financial department at McCormick & Schmick Seafood Restaurants.


A Portland, Oregon native, I attended Capital Hill Elementary, Jackson Middle School and Wilson High School. In 2001, I graduated from the University of Oregon with dual degrees in International Studies with a focus in SE Asia & Business Administration with a focus in Accounting. Recently, graduated with a Masters in Real Estate Development.
My children attend the Richmond Japanese Immersion School in SE Portland. During my spare time I enjoy coaching youth sports, kickboxing, traveling & engaging in community service projects.
