I am a professional photographer who used to do portraits (families, kids, babies, weddings, etc.) until one day a friend asked me if I could photograph her home. I did - and I just fell in love with photographing homes/architecture. This led into me getting my real estate broker's license where I discovered the "wannabe lawyer" in me also loves contract law. As a result, I can truly say I love every aspect of this work and am passionate about helping others buy/sell real estate.
I also love classical music - I play flute/piccolo in a community orchestra and as a volunteer for other community functions.
Last but certainly not least, I love my family. I have been married for 25 years and have three beautiful daughters (aged 20, 17 & 13.)
French and Spanish (not fully fluent - but I can communicate)
I am a Real Estate Broker who personally believes that it shouldn't cost so much to sell your home! The internet has drastically changed the way people buy and sell homes, and yet the way Realtors get paid has not changed with it. I do believe Realtors have an important role to play in helping people sell their homes, but that the fee for those services should not cost so much. After all - I truly believe that It's YOUR equity – YOU should get to keep it. So I have come up with a better way of doing things. I provide my clients with incredible comprehensive marketing and excellent Realtor services for a simple Consultant Fee of $5,500, regardless of the size or listing price of the home. This fee is paid at closing out of settlement funds, just like traditional commissions. So if your home doesn't sell, you owe me absolutely nothing. (And when I get to help a client buy a home, I gift my client 30% of any compensation I receive at closing - it is my way of giving back and saying thanks for trusting me to help them.)
I also think it is important for my clients to know that I do this work because I truly want to help people. My husband is a great provider - I don't need to work. I feel like I have been very blessed, so I try to show gratitude by helping others achieve their real estate goals. With me, my clients' needs and wants are the only priority - not my own.
