My wife and I have 6 great kids. We enjoy working in the yard, watching comedies and cooking shows (her more than me), and going to parks. I have flipped several homes/condos and have several rental properties. I believe it is important for an agent to practice what he advises others to do. I like tinkering and would one day like a nice woodworking shop. Something about finding stuff on the side of the road and refurbishing it really appeals to me (haha).

We bought our house in Sanford while living in Alexandria, VA which takes a little extra work for the agent. Eric was great! Took us to a ton of houses, helped us with things we couldn't do because we weren't there, was a good negotiator and was friendly, and also had a great knowledge of everything Orlando real estate. Great experience
