I have an average size family with kids of varied ages, and one grandchild so far. My interests include of course spending time with family. Besides that I love traveling, hiking, camping, fishing, and aviation/flying.

Here is a little about the business side of me:
I grew up and went to school here in the California Central Valley. Spent most of my days in and around the Manteca area. My father taught me about business, and introduced me to the many aspects of real estate. Following high school. I obtained a Business and Management Degree.

In 1999, I obtained my California General Building Contractors License.
My construction business specialized in home inspections, kitchen and bath remodels, home repairs and refurbishments. Business later evolved into building high quality semi-custom homes. I am known for my quality work and providing customers great service.

When construction declined and real estate took a plunge during the recession, I then decided to refocus my efforts and obtained my real estate license in 2007. Working with and helping people is a passion of mine.

With my vast array of expertise and knowledge in Residential Sales, Single and Muilti-Family Rental Properties, Property Management, Residential Construction and Maintenance, my experience has proven to be an asset to my clients as I lead them through selling and purchasing real estate. My goal is to make their home buying or selling experience smooth and enjoyable, negotiating the best deal possible in today's market.
