I graduated from Brigham Young University and began my real estate career at a boutique brokerage in Utah County. My professional background in marketing and office management transitioned into building my own real estate business both in Utah and Texas.
In 2016, we moved to Austin for the tech industry, and like so many others, we quickly fell in love with everything this city has to offer. A proud Texas transplant, with my husband Matt and our 3 kids, we have called Austin home for 10 years and have never looked back. From the live music scene and top-rated schools, to the beauty of the Hill Country and the genuinely kind people who make up this community, Austin truly feels like home. We feel lucky to have spent a decade here already.
My husband Matt and I have been married for 19 years and are raising three wonderful kids, Lily (17), Luke (15), and Quinn (11). As a family, we love exploring the city’s biking and walking trail, trying new restaurants and frequenting local favorites like Torchy’s Tacos, Terry Black's, and The Salt Lick BBQ. Life stays full with church and school activities, as well as music, dance, and sports. It's especially exciting to see construction underway on the Austin Temple, a meaningful milestone for our family and community. We have seen the city grow and change but somehow it still keeps its "weird" Austin charm and that's what makes it truly special!
Having relocated half way across the country myself, I am experienced in helping my clients do the same. The many moving parts involved mean timely communication is essential. Sometimes the process can take months. By utilizing virtual showings and consults, I can answer your questions and help you get a sense for the different areas of Austin before you come. When you are visiting your new city to look for homes I make sure to be completely available to you. Clients who have flown in for a weekend need to make decisions quickly. My extensive research before your visit and understanding your needs/wants beforehand allows us to be efficient so you can make the best choice in a short amount of time.
I know that uprooting means new wards, doctors, dentists, schools, piano teachers, dance lessons, sports teams and commute times! Do you need a dog park nearby? Do you like kayaking and want to be close to the lake? Is a community with a pool a must have? Do you prefer an urban lifestyle? I want my clients to have all the information to explore these factors before they move so the transition is as seamless as possible when they arrive.
My team and I keep track of all the details so you can focus on finding the best fit for your home and family. I work to make the experience positive for all involved: buyers, sellers, and other agents. My motto is to “help people,” and I mean it!

Lisa Roberts was fantastic to work with! She was so kind to our children, who were along for our house-hunting trip; she even found snacks and toys for them! Lisa was professional and easy to work with, always available for us. It was such a smooth transaction. Thank you, Lisa
