About Me:

My husband Matt and I both graduated from BYU and I worked at a boutique real estate agency in Utah County while my husband completed his MBA at the University of Utah. We have been married for 14 years and we have 3 kids: Lily age 11, Luke age 9, and Quinn age 6. We originally landed in Austin for the tech industry, but now we call it home for the same reasons everyone else falls in love with it: the live music, top rated schools, beautiful hill country, and all the incredibly kind people! We enjoy exploring the biking and walking trails, and discovering new places to eat like Torchy's Tacos, Valentina's, and The Salt Lick BBQ, just to name a few! We keep busy with church and school activities, music, dance and sports. We are thrilled that Austin just received it's very own mission and we are hopeful that a new temple will follow! Update: we are THRILLED that Austin will receive it's very own temple!

Agent Comments:

Having relocated half way across the country myself, I am experienced in helping my clients do the same. The many moving parts involved in the process mean timely communication is essential. Sometimes the process can take months. By utilizing virtual showings and consults, I can answer your questions and help you get a sense for the different areas of Austin. When you are visiting your new city to look for homes I make sure to be completely available to you. Clients who have flown in for a weekend need to make decisions quickly. My extensive research before your visit and understanding your needs/wants beforehand allows me to help you make the best choice in a short amount of time.

I know that uprooting means new wards, doctors, dentists, schools, piano teachers, dance lessons, sports teams and commute times! Do you need a dog park nearby? Do you like kayaking and want to be close to a lake? Is a community with a pool a must have? Do you prefer an urban lifestyle? I want my clients to know all of these factors before you move so things go as smoothly as possible when you arrive.

My team and I keep track of all the details so your process goes smoothly. I work to make the experience positive for all involved: buyers, sellers, and other agents. My motto is to “help people,” and I mean it!

A proud Texas transplant, with my husband Matt and our 3 kids, we have called Austin home for 6+ years since moving here for the tech industry and have never looked back. With a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science from Brigham Young University, I got my start in real estate in 2007 while working as an office manager for a boutique real estate brokerage in Utah. I began my career there in marketing and management before following my true passion of becoming a full-time agent.

Lisa Roberts was fantastic to work with! She was so kind to our children, who were along for our house-hunting trip; she even found snacks and toys for them! Lisa was professional and easy to work with, always available for us. It was such a smooth transaction. Thank you, Lisa
