I have been working in Real Estate since the early 2000's. As a personal real estate investor, I bought, rehabbed, found tenants and ensured that the houses met Kansas City section 8 standards. I then marketed the houses to other investors. This experience has greatly helped me work with clients interested in the foreclosures, HUD homes and short sale market.
