I have lived in Boise over 22 years and know the area very well. I started a YouTube channel to provide information to people looking to relocate to Boise, and my team and I have helped over 100 families relocate in the last 3 years! We have a great system down for people relocating, including visiting guides and video tours. We help anyone from first time buyers to retirees.

I am also a listing specialist. I am one of the few agents who utilizes video marketing for YouTube and Instagram, which is incredibly important to marketing to out of state buyers. Because I work with so many out of state buyers, I know exactly how to market your house to them, and because of my YouTube channel, I can reach them in a way most other agents cannot.

I have raised my 3 children here and we absolutely love it. I am very knowledgable about the school systems, having tried many options with my kids, including homeschooling and dual enrollment. We love the outdoors Idaho has to offer, the safety of a great place to live, and I want to share that with those who are seeking to move here.
