I have lived in Collin County for 26 years, and for the past 22 years have been involved in buying and selling real estate as an investor in Frisco, Allen, McKinney, and Plano. I currently own 10 homes in the area. My experience and success as a real estate investor, plus my background as a CPA, have given me the ability to recognize where value exists.
