We worked with Lisa Jones to shop for a home in the Pheonix, Arizona area. We weren't sure what we wanted, so we shopped for existing homes and new builds. Lisa was very patient with us, willing to show us several existing homes and join us at new build sites, even though we weren't really sure what we were looking for. After several months, we eventually found a quick move-in new build that was just what we needed. Lisa connected us with an inspector, who helped us with a final inspection before closing, and she left us know she could connect us with a painter, too, if wanted. Additionally, with the realtor fees being much more fluid and uncertain under the new regulations, thankfully things worked out very well for us and Lisa, in this situation. As I said, this process took months for us. I am very grateful for Lisa's help and patience.
