In addition to her positive attitude, high standard of ethics, and professionalism, Courtney brings a strong analytical background. She holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Brigham Young University and has work experience as a high school math teacher and business analyst.

She has two busy little boys, Zeke and Cal, and is married to her college sweetheart Pete. They enjoy exploring the Phoenix area through camping, adventures on the water, and discovering local hole-in-the-wall restaurants.
