I AM SO ESTATIC! Lindsay Adams is hands-down the best realtor I’ve ever worked with! I worked with a few other realtors who smiled through their teeth and recommended overpriced dump after dump and pushed me to buy. It was pretty frustrating, but I found Lindsay through a connection and she was amazing! She sent me excellent houses with potential and was always quick to drop everything to do a viewing. Somehow, she sent me a house that hadn't even hit Zillow yet. I was the very first to view it. I got to the viewing early and say the seller agent change the sign from "coming soon" to "for sale". This is really significant, as we has looked at several other houses before and tried to make offers, but as soon as I did, the house was taken off market. Lindsay worked her magic and got me in before anyone else! Apparently, the house had multiple offers on it (I don't think any of them even looked at the house yet. Super hot market, I guess). She told the seller agent about my family and how they loved the house. That made our offer super attractive to the seller (thank you!!!) Lindsay also negotiated a great price, stayed on top of every detail, and made sure the inspection and closing all went smoothly. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me as we looked through these homes. She even put me in touch with a lender who got me a really solid rate. Beyond being great at her job, Lindsay’s just a genuinely nice person. She was patient when I got stressed, excited for me when we got the house, and even dropped off a HUGE housewarming gift after we closed (my kids are SO excited! ). I am genuinely taken aback by now kind she is and how warm she was with the kids. If you’re looking to buy a house in the Indianapolis/Westfield/Carmel area, CALL LINDSAY! I wish I could tell her boss to give her a raise (she doesn't have one, I think. This review is the best I can do.)
