I'm a mom so I've done it all: in the schools, church, sports teams, charities, BSA, and the community. There's a special place in my heart for Give Kids The World, Ronald McDonald House, and Children's Miracle Network.

I grew up in the west but have been on the east coast for 13 years. We love the climate, beauty, southern charm, and family values in Raleigh. Our city is not too big and not too small, and with the choice for heading to the beach or the mountains, it's a perfect spot. A wife of 30 years and mom to three young adults who we are getting 'launched' -- my kids' interests by extension become my interests and range from athletics, outdoors, shopping (I have a daughter!), drones, and everything in between. I have many hobbies and interests that I enjoy in my spare time, but my favorite are home renovations/projects with my husband. I'm a Colorado native and BYU alumni.

I've worked with multiple buyers and sellers who are utilizing a 1031 Exchange and am experienced with the deadlines and intricacies involved. Even new construction needs a second set of experienced eyes monitoring progress and looking out for your best interests.
