Hello, we're Nick and Valerie Kunde, a husband/wife team with 11 years of real estate experience! Our job is to help you navigate the home buying, selling, or building process--allowing your move to be smooth and stress-free. Nick is a Managing Broker with a degree from the University of Utah. He's dedicated 21 years of service to our country in the Army National Guard and enjoys all things outdoors. Valerie has an MBA from the U of U and a Finance/Business degree from Utah State. She's worked for a builder and enjoys DIY projects and water sports. We have 4 kids and really love the family-friendly aspects of the Tri-Cities--especially the schools, parks, bike paths, nature trails, and rivers.
