About Me:
I am a true native to the Triangle area- raised in Raleigh and Cary. After attending college in Utah (UVU), I returned home to build a family and raise my wonderful children. Over the last 13 years, my husband and our 2 children have lived in Raleigh, Holly Springs, and we currently reside in Cary.
Having been raised as the daughter of an attorney, I was taught the importance of serving as an advocate for others. Combined with my passion for continuously gaining knowledge, collaborating, networking, negotiating, and educating others, real estate was a natural choice. I truly believe that real estate is the way that I am intended to bless others throughout this life.
I have been lucky enough to watch the Triangle grow over the last 35+ years and to have a working knowledge of every town listed above. Never hesitate to ask me about trails, wards/stakes, shopping, entertainment, contractors, restaurants, and sports leagues. I LOVE to provide insight and value to others. Helping my clients to find that perfect place to call "Home" is a role that I do not take lightly.
Having renovated our own homes, I have tangible knowledge in DIY renovation projects and overseeing more extensive remodeling jobs. For those less enthused self-renovators, I have an extensive list of contractors and vendors to share.
I have a passion for educating my clients throughout the home buying and selling process to create a positive and successful experience. I strive to bring value to my clients by advising them and providing clear, direct communication to meet their needs in order to move smoothly from contract to close.
