Melinda Van Tassell is a third generation Realtor who takes great pride in carrying on her family tradition of real estate excellence which began in 1947. Melinda first obtained her Utah real estate license in 2001 and worked with her father and brother at their family’s real estate brokerage. Today she is proud to work for Dale Sorensen Real Estate a Luxury Brokerage in Brevard County.
Melinda is best known for her positive energy and genuine personality. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Technical Sales. She is also a certified Group Fitness Instructor and has taught fitness classes for over 20 years, helping her clients to improve and maintain their well-being.
Melinda and her family moved every 2-3 years for 20 years, as her husband served as an officer in the US Army Special Forces. Having lived all over the United States and in Europe twice, she brings a unique, international perspective to real estate. Today she and her family enjoy living in the vibrant Viera community, and she enjoys assisting sellers and buyers with their real estate needs throughout the Space Coast Region.
