Alaska is where I'm REALLY from, but I got to Arizona after some time in California. My parents already lived here and someone needed to keep an eye on them, so that "someone" became me. My two oldest kids live with me along with three dogs. We do not have couches for people; only couches for dogs! My oldest daughter is pregnant with grandbaby #2 since her younger sister beat her to the #1 spot by getting pregnant in April. Either way, I'm ecstatic. My oldest son, a Marine combat veteran, just finished school and is working while my youngest son is in Logan and my daughter is in Idaho.

For me, real estate is the perfect combination of exciting and challenging, which can be happening simultaneously. I've helped people who thought they couldn't own a home find their first house as well as people who have owned many homes who want to downsize or move closer to family. I've also been there for family situations where I'm a sounding board and source of comfort as well as being their realtor. I'm always willing to answer questions and refer service vendors, even when people aren't ready to act yet. I'd be happy to share this journey with you every step of the way.

I do have a bachelors in English teaching and a Masters in school counseling, but school districts aren't very user-friendly these days.
